Ghana and Chelsea defender Baba Abdul-Rahman was full of energy and verve in his first start under interim boss Guus Hiddink where Chelsea won 5-1.
The 21-year-old former Augsburg defender was thrown into the thick of affairs in the FA Cup fourth round game against Milton Keynes Dons and the Ghanaian hugely impressed.
Playing on the same flank with Eden Hazard Rahman was constantly galloping up and down the left flank of the Chelsea set up to the delight of thousands of fans at the MK Stadium.
The game against MK Dons which was coincidently Rahman’s 10th game as a Chelsea player and it saw the Ghanaian put up his best in a blue shirt.
Having played for Augsburg in the German league Rahman arrived at Chelsea with a 21 Million Euro price tag on his head and played only 9 times under Jose Mourinho before his departure.
The Ghanaian's reinvigorated performance should boost his confidence and most importantly afford him more game time under Guus Hiidink.
