Kevin Prince Boateng will officially end his time at Barcelona on 30th June 2019, Footballmadeinghana.com can reveal.
The Ghanaian international joined the La Liga champions on on a six-month loan deal in January but struggled to establish himself at the Nou Camp. The agreement also included an €8m purchase option.
At 32 and having only played 305 minutes across four matches, Barça have refused to take up the option to sign Boateng.
The Former AC Milan forward is reported to have said is final goodbyes to his teammates and has already emptied his locker as he prepares to return to Italy.
He became the first ever Ghanaian to win the La Liga title during his short loan stint.
