Bechem United to outdoor Academy

Ghana Premier League side Bechem United are set to launch their academy on December 13 in Bechem, the club have confirmed.

The launch will be in two folds – launch of the academy and the outdooring of the team’s players for the 2015/16 season.

The technical team have completed recruiting U12 players.

Bechem will also cutting the sod for the construction of a sports facility to be done by Domeabrahene Nana Kusi Boadum.

"We don’t believe in big names. The academy system has been one of our topmost priorities. We are inspired by clubs like WAFA who play beautiful football," Bechem CEO Kingsley Owusu Achau told Daily Guide.

"We are expecting a great launch for the academy on December 13; that is a week to the commencement of the league. We have done some serious recruitment, and we are keeping the names to our chest for now. We want it to be a surprise."
