  That is a good move. The administrators of Bechem should be given a pat on their shoulders. Good teams have structures in place for continuity. An academy and a sports facility are some of the basic structures a good team must have. Unlike Hearts and Kotoko who dwell on their longevity, the upcoming teams are well managed. These old teams have no sports facility or academies of their own after 100 years. BRAVO BECHEM
