Black Stars B Captain, Daniel Darkwah, says he will be available for the second leg encounter against the local Stallions of Burkina Faso despite suffering an injury in the first leg encounter of the 2018 CHAN qualifiers.
Darkwah was able to propel his side to a 2-2 draw against their Burkinabe counterparts in a fascinating match at the Stade De Aout in Ouagadougou on Sunday.
The Captain who could not last the entire duration of the game due to injury, has allayed off injury fears going into the second leg.
“The injury is not all that serious but I was feeling bad and was worried looking at the time I had to leave the game. But I’m 100% percent sure of playing in the second leg,” Darkwah said in an interview.
The Black Stars B will be hoping to capitalize on their first leg advantage and book a place at next year’s finals in Kenya.
