Ghanaian forward Emmanuel Boateng will partner Hong Kong striker of Nigerian parentage Alex Tayo Akande in Dalian Yifang attack.
Yifang completed the signing of the 30-year striker from Yanbian on Thursday purposely to partner Boateng as the club technical team have seen from their style of play that they can complement each other.
Akande was born in Lagos but grew up in England before moving to Hong Kong to play in 2008 and later naturalizing for them.
He is a striker who has seen it all in Hong Kong as well as the Chinese league and can help Boateng to adapt quickly.
