English giants Chelsea are set to make a last-minute attempt to keep Callum Hudson-Odoi at the club by offering him a bumper new deal.
The 18-year-old is desperate to join Bayern Munich this month after they made a £35million for the English born Ghanaian.
But according to the Daily Mail, the Blues are prepared to offer the England youth international a contract worth a minimum of £50,000-a-week to stay, rising to £70k if he meets certain targets.
Currently, Hudson-Odoi takes in around £22,000-a-week but wants the switch to Bavaria in search of regular game time.
The 18 year old has featured in just two Premier League matches this season, totalling just 51 minutes of action.
Chelsea are desperate to keep hold of the winger, who is widely regarded as one of the top prospects in European football.
Hudson-Odoi is tied down with Chelsea until 2020, but it has been reported that he is willing to run his deal down if he is not allowed to leave this window.
