Emmanuel Boateng to start against Girona in Copa Del Rey clash against Levante

Ghanaian attacker Emmanuel Boateng will be handed a starting role in the Copa Del Rey round of 32 clash against Girona on Thursday night.

The 21-year-old who joined the La Liga outfit from Portuguese side Moreirense has struggled to break into the team.

But the Copa Del Rey provides an opportunity for the Ghanaian to prove his worth as Levante travel to Catalan to face Girona.

Boateng will debut in the starting eleven while teammates Cabaco and Lukic will add their first minutes with the elastic granota.

Shaq will also have the opportunity to debut on the right back and the player of the affiliate Iván Moreno completes the list.

Coach López Muñiz has left Raul Fernández, Postigo and Campaña out for rest while they are out injured by Nano Mesa, Roger and Ivan as well as Jason who finishes his set-up.
