Enugu Rangers goalkeeper Mutawakilu Seidu is looking forward to a bright 2017/2018 season.
The former Hearts of Oak goalkeeper helped the Flying Antelopes to finish 10th in the just ended season and he is looking aiming to help the club in their quest for silverware.
Seidu has landed at his base for pre-season and is hoping for a great campaign as his side seek to win laurels.
“I’m excited to be back for pre-season, I had a difficult start in my first season in Nigeria, but thanks to my teammates and coaches, I was able to settle very well. I am really happy to play for Enugu Rangers, it is one of the best clubs in the country, our performance last season was not the best, we want to improve upon that and finish higher this coming season,” Seidu told Footballmadeinghana.com.
“Last season, I made only 20 appearances for the club, because of my slow start to the season, but I’m looking foward to play more games in the upcoming season. I have started working on that and I want to be in the best of shape before the season starts.”
Mutawakilu Seidu featured for Dreams FC, Asante Kotoko, and Hearts of Oak before joining Enugu Rangers a season ago.
