Ghanaian midfielder Mubarak Wakaso was in action for Deportivo Alavés as they held Getafe CF to a 1-1 draw in La Liga on Saturday.
The 29-year-old put up an incredible performance as the Babazorros secured a vital point at the Coliseum Alfonso Perez.
Getafe took the lead courtesy Jorge Molina strike in the 24th minute of the game but the Joselu equalised for the Basque visitors in the 31st minute.
Wakaso, who received a yellow card in the 89th minute has featured in all the games for Alaves this season.
He made 29 appearances in the Spanish top-flight last term for the Alaves, scoring one goal and providing one assist.
The draw sees Alaves maintain their unbeaten start to the season with one win and two draws after only three games, presently occupying the sixth spot in the table.
Wakaso will be looking to help his side stay unbeaten when they entertain Sevilla on September 15 at the Mendizorroza.
