Departing Ghana coach Avram Grant reckons the country has enough talent to clinch the FIFA World Cup in future. The Israeli who led the Black Stars for two years believes Ghana has a lot of quality players with a great attitude enough to deliver the World Cup trophy given the needed support.
The former Chelsea manager led the Black Stars to a 4th place finish at the 2017 African Cup of Nations but in an interview on Metro TV called on Ghanaians to support the team as the players have the capacity to win the World Cup.
“The team (Black Stars) have a lot of quality and if the nation can give them all the support, they can even win the World Cup.” “Good attitude and quality can always win you more.” He said. The Black Stars who have attained a quarter final berth at the World Cup in 2010, will be clinging on the words of the former coach to reach the ultimate.
