VfL Bochum sports director Christian Hochstätter says his outfit are not looking to take Ghana youth striker, Bernard Tepketey on loan.
Reports emerged in the German tabloids that Schalke 04 want to ship out the Ghana international on loan in the summer transfer window to continue his development, with a host of German lower-tier sides expressing interest in the forward.
VfL Bochum were reported to be leading the race for the 19-year-old's signature but the clubs sporting director, Christian Hochstätter has vehemently denied the reports.
"Tekpetey is not a topic at the moment." Asked whether he does not want to or not? Hochstatter told reporters.
Tekpetey is currently in Altach trying to close a loan deal.
Tekpetey joined Schalke last year from Ghanaian second tier side Unistar Academy.
