Ghanaian youngster Hans Sarpei steps up injury return

FB Stuttgart midfielder Hans Nunoo Sarpei is set to return from injury after four-month long lay-off.

The midfield enforcer has endured a long rehabilitation programme in the club’s gym as he looked to step-up his recovery.

The ex-Liberty Professionals youth star was snapped back in light training at Stuttgart’s training ground as he builds up his fitness and the midfielder has now revealed that he’s on the verge of returning to action soon.

Sarpei is quoted as saying by Sportcrusader.com “My recovery has been perfect. I’m now at rehab and in two weeks time i will be training with the first team,”

“The past three months has been very difficult because of my knee injury. Injuries are part of the game, so I’m cool with it. I know a lot of Ghanaians are looking up to me and i will surely put smiles on their faces.”

Sarpei joined the German side last summer from Liberty Professionals.
