Ghana under-17 striker Sadick Adams has been reported to Fifa for signing for two clubs at the same time.

African champions Etoile du Sahel reported the player and Spanish side Atletico Madrid to the game's governing body, accusing the Black Starlets ace of abrogating his contract with the Tunisian side.

Atletico Madrid were also reported to Fifa for encouraging the striker to break his contract to sign for them.

The Spanish side announced their capture of the 17-year-old last month after he excelled at the under-17 World Cup in South Korea in Septmeber.

Before he left Ghana for the World Cup, Adams signed five-year deal with the north Africans from Ashgold.

Etoile have heavily disputed the transfer and reported the matter to Fifa for redress.

"We have forwarded the Adams dossier to Fifa in order for them to study it." Ahmed Sahnoun, spokesman for Etoile said.

"This transfer is a fraudulent transfer and non-regulatory behaviour.

"The Spanish club must rescind the contract with the player and wait for Fifa's decision."

Even though Etoile are complaining bitterly about Adams' move, Jones Abu Alhassan, the striker's legal guardian says they did no wrong in signing for the Madrid club.

"Etoile did the wrong thing in the first place by signing a youngster without the consent of his parents or legal guardian," Alhassan told Ghanasoccernet.com .

"We served them a letter to the effect that they have violated Fifa's laws governing the signing of minors but they refused to reply.

"That is how we got the International Transfer Certificate to effect his move to Atletico.

"We have done no wrong in this matter and we are ready to face them at Fifa."

Last week Fifa banned Senegal midfielder Mustapha Bayal Sall for four months for signing for two clubs at the same time.
