Immediate-past Asante Kotoko Management Member, Nana Kwame Dankwah has expressed his readiness to serve the club again if given the opportunity.
The newly constituted Asante Kotoko board took a decision to dissolve the management team on Wednesday, June 11 as they begin to draw up new strategies to mould the club into a dominant side again.
Nana Kwame Dankwah belonged to the George-Amoako led management and served as one of the Accra representatives for the club.
His position however becomes ineffective following the latest decision by the board.
“I’m a Kotoko fan and ready to serve the club if I’m called upon, but it will depend on what I will be tasked for. Maybe I won’t be able to attain that task. I can’t take any decision by myself until the board decides,” Nana Kwame told Kumasi-based OTEC FM.
In the event that he doesn’t get an appointment to be part of a new Kotoko management team, Nana Kwame Dankwah has pledged his unflinching support to ensure the progress of the club.
“As a supporter, I always want the best for the club and get the bragging rights at all times. I don’t necessarily have to be in the management before helping the club; I will do anything that provides good results for the club even at 1:00 is.
“I will continue, and ready to serve the great team of Asanteman if the board refuses to re-appoint me,” he concluded.
