Swansea City boss Steve Cooper has urged forward Andre Ayew to reach 20 goals by the end of the season after the Ghanaian international's inspiring form for the Welsh side.
Ayew has been the leader of the club this season and has already bagged in 12 goals in all competitions for the club this season, including 10 in the English Champions.
Cooper was full of adulation for the 30-year old, praising his work ethic for the Swans.
“He can make a big difference. Nobody is working harder than him to try and make that the case,” he said.
“I believe that he will continue to play well and score. I think he should be close to 20 goals if he keeps going.
“If he does that I think everybody will benefit.”
Ayew was in good form when Swansea drew 1-1 with Preston North End on Sunday to keep their hopes of the Promotion play-offs alive.
