Ghana midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah has expatiated on the difference between the working methods of Massimiliano Allegri and Antonio Conte.

Asamoah left Juventus to sign for Inter Milan last summer and went ahead to impress in his debut season with the Nerazzurri.

During his six-year spell at Juventus, Asamoah enjoyed two successful seasons under Antonio Conte before a further four trophy-laden years under Maxi Allegri.

The 30-year-old has been presented with the opportunity to work with the former at Inter Milan after he replaced Luciano Spalletti last week.

He touched on the differences between the two gaffers - claiming that Conte never gives up while Allegri prefers to stay reserved.

"Conte, whether you are the first or the last of the team, always tells you things in the face , while Allegri is more reserved : he prefers to talk to the group's" senators "and not in front of everyone".

"Even after winning the scudetto with six days in advance, we continued to train as if we hadn't done anything yet. They always told us that it was also like a footballer".

"With Conte you always have to give your best, you can never cheat. And if you skip a part of the training for some reason, then it makes you recover it the next day. He never looks at the past, he doesn't stay there to count the trophies won. His head is already turned to the next challenges ".

He won a total of 13 trophies with Juventus and twice finishing as Champions League runners up.
