Obuasi Len Clay Stadium will host Berekum Chelsea outstanding week one game against Medeama SC after the closure of the Golden City Park by the Normalization Committee.
The game was initially scheduled to come off on May 1, 2019 at the Golden City Park but the NC decision to close the Park means new venue has to be decided.
The Normalization Committee have now settled on the Obuasi Len Clay Stadium for Wednesday’s crunch encounter.
The game was initially supposed to come off on the first week of the Special Competition, but the Blues requested for a postponement due to their participation in the Viareggio Cup in Italy last month.
It is unconfirmed yet whether Berekum Chelsea will accept to play or not .
