A Member of the opposition NDC, Dela Coffie has described former President Mahama’s ‘boot-for-boot’ comment as 'worse' than President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo’s infamous ‘all die be die’ comment.
Dela Coffie, who has been described as ‘Anti Mahama’ in an interview with Asempa FM’s 'Ekosii Sen' poltical program noted that, “Mahama’s comment is disturbing.”
“Why will Mahama condemn President Akufo-Addo’s infamous ‘All-die-be-die’ and turnaround to say even worse things?” he quizzed.
Mr. Mahama has been forced to apologize after he had warned that the NDC would face the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) "boot for boot" in election 2020 should the attacks on its members continue.
" . . the NDC has revolutionary roots and that when it comes to unleashing violence, nobody can beat us in unleashing violence,” Mahama said.
He has since refused to apologize. Former President John Mahama is wondering why he is being asked to apologise when he has done nothing wrong.
