Ghanaian teenager, Mohammed Kudus on Saturday, produced yet another goal for FC Nordsjaelland in what has been a prolific season in the Danish Superliga for the Ghanaian.

Kudus, 19, scored in a 2-1 away win over Esbjerg during the Round 23 fixture.

The youngster calmly slotted the ball past the opponent’s goalkeeper to equalize for his side in the 19th minute after being put clean through by teammate Mikkel Damsgaard. FCN eventually got a second goal before the climax of the first half and held on to win the game and claim maximum points.

Kudus has been in exceptional form for the Wild Tigers so far this season, scoring 9 goals in 18 league games. His performances earned him his first Black Stars call up late last year and he demonstrated his fine form by scoring against South Africa on his debut.

He is widely tipped to make a return to the senior national football team when Coach C.K Akunnor names his squad for next month’s qualifier against Sudan on Thursday.

Aside Kudus, there were other Ghanaian involvement in the game.

Former Asante Kotoko striker Dauda Mohammed came on in the last 9 minutes of the game for Esbjerg while the likes of Clinton Antwi (defender), Isaac Atanga (attacker) and Abdul Mumin (defender) all started the game for FCN.

Diomande Mohammed and Ibrahim Sadiq were second half substitutes for the winning side.
