The management committee vice chairman says the two players have no dispute over the leadership of the Black Stars.
Black Stars management committee vice chairman Wilfred Kwaku Osei has once again dispelled rumours of a bad blood between captain Asamoah Gyan and deputy Andre Ayew.
Over the years, the two men have been reported to have fallen out over the captaincy, with the speculations rearing its ugly head once again during the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations in Gabon.
“As management, we have inquired about the veracity of these rumours or otherwise by even confronting both Asamoah and Dede and we found out they are false,” Osei told Asempa FM.
“As far as we are concerned, there is no concrete case to be made about this issue and, thus, must be put to bed.
“As human as they are, they can have their differences, which is normal but then there is nothing concrete to warrant an action from management.”
Gyan and Ayew have also consistently rubbished reports of a strained relationship.
That said, the West Ham attacker has, with every opportunity, stated his eagerness to take over the armband.
In response, Gyan has never spurned the opportunity to advise Ayew to "wait for his own time".
The two men are currently in camp as Ghana prepare to host Ethiopia in the 2019 Afcon qualifiers on Sunday.
