Patrick Twumasi blasts teammates after Villareal defeat

Ghana and FC Astana forward Patrick Twumasi has taken a strong swipe at his team-mates after his side lost 2-3 to Spanish side Villareal in the Europa League on Thursday.

Twumasi’s side went down at home but the Ghanaian gave an account of himself by scoring and providing an assist.

After the game, Twumasi seemed not happy with the final result and has revealed that the reason why his side lost was that some of the players were selfish on the field of play.

He took to his Instagram page and posted:

Despite all my ankle injury,I was able to help the team and give one assist and one Goal. For my wife and my Love fans who came from long way to support us.we can even Win this game easy if not some selfish play from some players. Thanks for the love Fans????????. God is God???????? T23???????
