Richard Gadze ensured Zira secured a vital home win over Neftçi in the Azerbaijani top-flight.
The Ghanaian attacker struck on the half hour mark to record the only goal of the match.
Gadze’s strike increased his goal tally to five so far this season and currently the top scorer for Zira.
The win also pushes Zira to second place on the table behind Champions Qaraba? who have been able to secure 25 points so far.
The Ghana U23, former Black Stars B and Ebusua Dwarfs forward is having a great season with Zira.
The goal poacher has been able to transfer his form at Indian Club Delhi Dynamo where he left as one of their top attackers.
