Samuel Sarfo named in Iranian Football team of the week

Ghana International Samuel Sarfo has made it to The Iranian Football Committee Team of the week.

The intelligent central back on their matchday 25, put up an impressive performance though his side lost 5-2 to Sepahan.

Sarfo was resolute at the back thwarting most of Sepahan’s attack though their lateral defenders were weak and leaked in goals.

The Ghanaian has been a pillar at the back for Saipa who are now 7th on the league table with 31 points.

He is expected to feature for his outfit this week when Saipa face Machine Sazi.
