Ghanaian midfielder Thomas Partey feels grateful for winning the Europa League Cup with Athletico Madrid.
The Black Stars midfielder made a cameo appearance as the Spanish side thrashed Olympique Marseille 3-0 to win their third Europa Cup in three years.
Partey came on in the 88th minute to replace Angel Correa, with the club to 2-0 up.
Striker Antoine Griezman scored twice before Captain Gabi added the third to complete the hauling on Wednesday night.
The 24-year-old Ghanaian who was winning his first Europa Cup expresses gratitude to his maker.
