Black Stars midfielder Mohammed Kudus was the brightest spot for West Ham United in their 5-0 defeat to Chelsea on Sunday, May 5, 2024.
The Ghanaian had an exceptional game, completing 14 dribbles in the match, making him the first player to achieve this feat in a Premier League game this season.
According to football data channel OptaJoe, Kudus has become the first player to complete the most dribbles in a match across Europe's top five leagues in the 2023/2024 campaign.
Coupled with completing the most take-ons, he recorded the most duels won, winning 22 out of 28 duels. He was also the most fouled player in the game, drawing five fouls.
Despite not scoring or assisting in the match, Kudus ended the game with an 8.8 FotMob rating, the highest by a West Ham player and the third-highest-rated player in the game after Nicholas Jackson and Noni Madueke.
