Skipper of the Black Stars Asamoah Gyan has apologized to Ghanaians in a video on Twitter for the teams inability to win the 2017 AFCON in Gabon.
Ghana two zero to Cameroon in the semifinal hampered the Black Stars chances of making another final with the Pharaoh’s of Egypt.
In the video @ASAMOAH_GYAN3 said they were sorry to Ghanaians and promised that they will keep on pushing till they win the trophy
“We have a long way to go but we have a young team so I will say sorry to all Ghanaians and they should keep supporting us.”
“I know in my heart that they do support us in their hearts but sometimes they are disappointed,’’ he added
“Because if you are a Ghanaian and you see your country loosing i don’t think that you will be happy.”
