We retire our players prematurely and it's very bad. We need to rather encourage them to move on. Ghanaians are so passionate about football, that's a fact but we don't have retire players for no apparent reason.
Stephen Appiah, Michael Essen etc could have continued but we killed their career by forcing them into retirement
