Wenger Confirms Juventus-Vieira Negotiation

The French coach revealed that Juventus directors were in London to negotiate the transfer of Patrick Vieira.

What was just a rumour in the past days, has become a fact as Arsene Wenger confirmed speculation that Juventus are currently in talks with Arsenal for the move of influential midfielder Vieira to the Turin-based outfit.


Wenger confirmed this news to Italian journalists during the British Grand Prix at Silverstone, where the Gunners coach admitted the interest and negotiation of the Bianconeri for his team?s captain.

It is thought that Juventus have offered 10 million Euros and the services of Stephan Appiah for Vieira, however Arsenal want 20 million Euros in cash.
