It doesn't let the coaches do their job. coaches do not have decision-making power. Additionally, there is too much outside influence in decision making. football in africa is too politicized. His first mistake in the Mozambique game was replacing Baba Iddrisu after Ashimeru was taken off through injury. None of the coaches changes in the 3 group games impacted positively. Individual mistakes also cost us plus poros defence.

For the goal keeping , ours need thorough training.

Let us be honest, African football has improved, Ghana has the talents too, but no teamwork, what's the problem? Poor management? Corruption in selection of players? What is it? Ghanaians have been let down many times in terms of soccer, what can we do as a country? Next world cup is looming ahead, are we going to prepare for that?   I view the goalkeeper with suspicion. He threw the game (betting syndicate). Look at how he telegraphed his direction before the MZ penalty was kicked and the weak effort on the MZ second goal.
