Let us talk why one of our won find it hard to coach our teams it is all because they can not stand manipulations and pressure because that can not be done to a German,British or Holland coach .That is sad because every Ghanaian is a coach.Then also look the national teams at the AFCON they blend local and foreign players but some coaches do not want to risk anything forgetting that the locals are hungry to create their names on the world scene so they listen to instructions and play with their hearts.Just Akwasi Appiah he always blends locals with foreign players to compete.

Positive discussions going on here. Now it is widely believed in Ghana that going forward, our coach for the Black stars must be a Ghanaian. This is the way to go in future .We cannot continue to rely on foreign coaches for ever. It is up to GFA to get a pool of local coaches just like we had Jones Attuquayefio, Sam Arday, Afranie and Osam Doudu. The idea of forming future Black Stars with local players and our foreign based players is gradually sinking in. The needed changes will come gradually.
