They the GFA hide behind the FIFA rule against government interference in football administration to do their own thing. The GFA president owns a team in the local premier league, and owns an academy. Likewise all the executive committee members, who are also player agents. They all want their players to play in the national teams to raise their values and so they pressure the coaches to use their players. Thats what they do and that's a big conflict of interest. You cannot eat your cake and have it! The GFA must change their constitution to make non team owners eligible to contest for the president and executive committee members positions. Its like you don't have to be a doctor to be a minister of health or a general to be a minister of defense. Its the same way you don't have to be a team owner to be football association president.

Parliamentarians should show the way by deciding today that they have all changed for the better. No more bribes. No more manipulations. No more favoritism. No more interference in somebody's official decisions. The press should also change their attitude. If it is not about my team, it is bad. If the player selected is not from my team, then forget it. all need to change. Only a change across the board will ensure a good BLACK STARS team and a good technical Team. God bless Ghana.
