The problems creating our downfall are these:
1). Anyone owning a club can't be a GFA chairman. It creates conflict of interest.

2. GFA should be an attachment to the government institution just as some countries like Morocco are doing.

3) There has to be transparency in monetary management.

4) There should be no interference when a coach gives his selection for a game.

5). After any tournament, the GFA chairman has to face Ghanaians (the media) and address the way forward.

6) Former footballers should be given opportunity to be part of football governing affairs.

7). The GFA chairmanship, during voting time, can't stand uncontested. This mafioso style of corruption must be stopped!

8) We need better facilities (football stadium), training pitches, grass root football academies (colts) etc

9). Pay players and coaches well.

10) GFA chairmanship should have limited years of service. We can decide for one not to stand again after 8 years. This can help in bringing a qualified person with different ideas.

Take for instance, 90% of Ghanaians wanted our goalkeeper at the Afcon to be changed but the coach and GFA flagrantly ignored us till we lost our game with Mozambique mercilessly (square pegs in a round hole)!

The GFA is not developing grass root soccer, Ghana was a powerhouse in soccer some years back as result of the colts soccer. The colts produced abundant talents that feeds the local premier league making them more competitive. A strong local league impact positively on the national team. The are in hurry to appoint another coach, Pep Guadiola or Jugen Klopp can not help the Black Stars, we don't have any grassroot soccer to produce talents, all the best of the best of Ghana soccer were products of the colts. All the millions of dollars GFA receive are not used to upgrade the playing fields or develop youth soccer but they share the money as bonuses, GFA should be disolve now.
