My point is that the GFA President position must be opened to all Ghanaians and not only team owners as it is now. Even the executive committee members are all team owners. They are doing that to hide what they do to benefit themselves as team owners. Meanwhile, the president and his EC members are all agents of players, which is conflict of interest. Ghana football administration must be opened to all Ghanaians and not a few. You don't have to be a doctor to be a health minister or an army general to be minister of defense. It's the same that you don't have to be a team owner to be president of a football association. The GFA must therefore be compelled to change their constitution to make all Ghanaians eligible to contest for the position. There are a lot of non-team owners out there, including myself, who can manage Ghana football but they can't contest because of the rule which was introduced by Nyantakyi as a tactic to entrench himself in power. As team owners and agents of players, how can they make decisions to affect their own interests? They can't and they won't. They will always want their players to play in the national teams to raise their values and therefore will interfere in the coaches' selection of players. It's unfortunate that the coaches don't complain but that's what the GFA officials do.
