Kwaraday played in MLS and won, has played in Norway and won so his level.of modern experience as goalie is what bstars need..Stephen appiah has no coaching background and laryea can work as an assistant coach but with the Chan team because he has always worked with youth players. This is where and why I disagree with Charles Taylor and to those saying essien has no relative experience. Well, essien has more coaching experience than Otto who took gh to wcup..essien also accomplished more as a professional player and understands what it takes to win at the elite level..thirdly, Argentina coach, pepe guardiola, emerse fae,, aliou cisse, Stephen keshie the great, Zidane were all minnows, unknown coaches with prime coaching experience but be ause of their achievements as players att he senior level, plus their relatively small coaching background. They were given a chance and we all know what these former players turned coaches have accomplished. So, left to me give the job to essien

I even wonder whether Appiah has the necessary intellectual and cognitive skills for this job, and the same applies to Charles Taylor himself! Why do Ghanaians always want to hire these uneducated villagers??? Our players all play in the top European leagues and are coached by the best coaching teams there, the foreign born players have even enjoyed school education in highly developed countries and then during the international break they come to Ghana and have to follow the instructions of uneducated people like Steven Appiah, Olele or john paintsil who have no clue what theyre doing???? the villager Charles Taylor says Otto Addo, who has decades of experience as a youth coach at a top club like Borussia Dortmund and has even successfully led Ghana to the World Cup in our darkest hours, doesn't deserve to coach Ghana anymore, but forgets that his friends Appiah essien and Adjei have absolutely nothing to show. Nothing! People like Taylor, Paintsil and Olele should under no circumstances be allowed to direct the fate of our football, let alone carry out higher tasks. Such incompetent people are one reason why Ghana is not developing and is being overtaken by all other African countries. Village mentality at its finest!!!!

English man Houghton had been appointed because of his ghanaian roots and because ghanaians love the english premier league so much they ignore the fact that the good coaches are outta foreigners but never the english themselves! Avram grant has led ghana to silver medal in 2015 which is also the last time ghana was a force to reckon with! Milo at his first stint, has led ghana to quarter finals of the wc which is ghanas highest achievement in football til this date! he has also formed a blackstars team that could beat any team in the world at anytime! Local coaches have been able to wim 4 afcons in footballs stone age 50 years where only 8 teams participated in afcon and to be honest i doubt if they had won it in modern times even with all our best players in their prime becsuse football is nothing like 50 years ago. Nowadays a good coach is able to win big tournaments even with a team of na names. But its ok....we are ghanaians and we are going to hire a cheap local coach because we are bound to make the same mistakes over and over again!

The problem is that as a country, we have allowed people(FOOTBALL KICKERS) who have learned how to kick the ball and run after it, how to clear the ball, etc, to invade and take over the playing of football in the country, instead of looking for and grooming NATURALLY GIFTED FOOTBALL PLAYERS, which is what we were doing as a nation in the former days.
The truth is that TOO MANY of our players today are not not PLAYERS but KICKERS. We see them "doing well" in their teams simply because there, they are placed among or are surrounded by NATURALLY GIFTED FOOTBALL PLAYERS, not FOOTBALL KICKERS.
Nowadays the people we are having as football team owners, player managers and agents, football journalists, football analysts, and even coaches know nothing about who a GOOD AND NATURALLY GIFTED FOOTBALL PLAYER is.
This is why many people no longer go to our stadiums. People go to stadium in order to watch FOOTBALL PLAYERS PLAYING FOOTBALL, and not FOOTBALL KICKERS KICKING FOOTBALL.
You can exhibit more commitment and dedication in a game, if you are not a NATURALLY GIFTED FOOTBALL PLAYER, you are bound to lose more matches than win.
THIS IS THE PROBLEM WITH OUR FOOTBALL.

The black stars technical team should comprise of the talented players from the World Cup success era. Definitely qualified to lead will be the following staff members:

Stephen Appiah - Head Coach because his leadership abilities. He was a good skipper and led the team with poise and dedication. He is generally a great motivator and a confident leader. His failure with the black stars was because he was put under a coach who stifled his ability to get the team motivated to play with their heart.

Michael ESSIEN - Deputy (1) because he can handle the midfield and get the structure of our offense and defense in the best format to curb losses that always cost the black stars during pressure periods in most of our games. He has the certificate and pure unadulterated shyness that garners respect among athletes and friends.

Laryea Kingston - Deputy (2) because he is driven and has the tenacity to get the team to rally and drive success through pure patriotic determination to win. Laryea is the type of player that never gives up and is always ready to die for his team. He will also be a force behind Stephen and Michael with a punch that will put both of them on their toes when it comes to the tactical and technical decision making. He will add the flare to the leadership and also press the players to act right. No one messes with Laryea Kingston.

Asamoah Gyan - Deputy (3) because he is not just successful on the field of play but also very strategic in how ability to get players to know when to be fluid in their attacking sequence and when to time their drives in front of the goal. If Asamoah can be positioned to impart his knowledge based to the players on the team, we will have a team that is unified in their desire to break records.

The 3 will be formidable for Ghana and we will start seeing results from their efforts.

Goalie Coach for Ghana - This is a major weakness we have on our national team. We need a technical and tactically sound goal keepers coach. This should be a coach that is both familiar with the style of attacks that results in goal concessions. Ghana doesn’t have a goal keeper that has the talent and experience to coach and develop goalies for our national team. I will request the trio of Stephen, Michael, and Asamoah to scout for such a coach. I will look at the South African National teams goal keepers coach and hire him to train our goalies. The name of the South African goal keepers coach is GRANT JOHNSON. We need to make him and offer and have him coach our goalies.

Technical staff - 4 to build the new black stars foundation to support the efforts of the trio named above.

1. Team Manager - Sulley Ali Montari
2. Assistant Team Manager - Kevin Prince Boateng (No nonsense type of manager who will

4. Secretary - John Paintsil

This team will bring the AFCON and lead Ghana to a World Cup appearance that will bring us a memorable experience is we listen and vote to force the GFA to deploy this team for the Black Stars of Ghana.
