It’s not true the accident was a result of a malfunctioning traffic. The dispatch rider didn’t direct his convoy well when he got to the traffic light at Awoshie. I was present when it happened.

Frankly, the manner of urgency with which they drive is necessary but there is some element of recklessness the manner they drive. I am not enthused by some.of their drivers at all.
