  Charles, do you really want Otto to succeed? Aren't you aware it is
  dangerous and technically unwise to try and build a team around only one individual? Don't you think 3 or more individuals is more sensible? What do you think opposing teams will do to counter any technical plans of the team? Just neutralise the individual with a man-to-man tough marking. Not only that. What a happens if he is unavailable because of one reason or another ? Not to mention the sense of indispensability which can impact badly on the player's attitude. I believe any good coach can bring the best both out of individuals and the team as a whole.
