Its obvious they wont succeed in coaching. If kudus is not available what then do we do. We should build a formidable midfield, good strikers and strong defense system. But not to build our team around one player.

Also it is relatively difficult to win in todays game while relying on one player. This same Argentina relied heavily on messi when he was in his prime (2006 to 2014) yet they couldn’t win the mundial. What you saw in the 2022 World Cup was an Argentine team who played for one another in a system that helped everyone perform without over relying on messi.

One of the main problems of the BS over the years is failure of the various managers to retire players appropriately .Infact CK, Appiah ,Gyan captaincy era were not managed well when age was catching up with them. As a nation we could not boldly tell them , listen , you have served your country well and we love you , but it's time to look up to another era. Probably play a match to honour them . Presently as a nation ,we are facing the same situation over again to the detriment of the team's performance . The fact is , this situation is going to derail our
team re-building efforts because the criteria for retiring players have not been set down. Max Gradel of Ivory Coast has just retired when the applause is the loudest , just winning an Afcon.Managers of the BS will have to look at this issue carefully .

Building a team around Kudus does not mean Kudus will be the only player on the field. Obviously the team will comprise 11 players, but there should be a number of players who will bring the best out of Kudus. This means there should be a solid defenders and midfielders who can collaborate with kudus upfront to create chances and get us the results needed. We do not need selfish players who only thinks about themselves and how to make name recognition, but who will play as a team for positive results.
