Well noted, "dribbling magician". The reality is that the current GFA outfit is useless and appears not to have any criteria as to how coaches are appointed, especially for the Black Stars role. First they brought in C. K Akunnor whose resume is failures and sackings from local clubs. They replaced him with Milovan Rajevac, who had been off duty from football for so many years.
Milo was then replaced with Otto as a stop-gap move for the WC Playoffs and the tournament itself.
When he left he was replaced by Chris Houghton, whose resume read failures and subsequent sackings at 3 English clubs. No wonder Ghana football is seen as being on a downward slide.

Pure ignorance and bit of jealousy on display. Let anyone tell me what Kwesi Appiah's achievements are; zilch. With the type of players Appiah had in 2014, with their quality and form at the time, any good coach could have done so well with the National team, but Kwesi Appiah failed miserably. He lost the dressing room, an indication of a weak personality who should not be allowed near the national team again. Otto Addo has just begun his tenure after a very brief period during the World Cup, so let us give him time (perhaps a year) to be able to pass a fair judgement on him. Any criticism now will only be nothing short of hatred, envy, jealousy, ignorance, and the usual "pull him down" syndrome without any basis. Mojammed Pollo has been a braggart over the years; an empty braggary who and always criticises "by heart". He is full of himself, forgetting his abysmal performance and disgraceful failure as a coach at Accra Hearts f Oak a few years ago. Polo should try and maintain the little respect his has left, by emulating greats like Abedi Pele, Tony Barfuor, Tony Yeboah, Abdul Razak and a host of them who have kept their dignity by being careful and wise in their utterances.
