I do not blame Coach Kingston for using insults, anger and military discipline to coach the youth.
In most cases they deserve his disciplinarian approach. Manchester United's legendary Coach Ferguson did same to keep his team top of the English and European EPL. Infamously, he even threw a football boot at David Beckham, his leading striker!
However, I am disappointed he left his team bus before it got to the hotel, and resigned without following the right procedure.
There are two outcomes from his unprofessional behaviour: a) It will empower the corrupt, criminal Mafia at the GFA and Ministry of Youth Sports to have the audacity to criticise him, rather than themselves. It will give them a moral/ethical victory. b) It sets a bad precedent for his career as a coach. He could have swallowed his disappointment, paced himself to guide his current or future teams to victory, then move to coach senior national or local Premiership teams.
Alas, he appears to have burnt his bridges - meaning prevented himself from working with national and domestic teams.
I think he could have been a talented, no-nonsense, championship-winning coach like Guadiola - bad temper but successful. Very saddening.
