  Yes that's good but the most excellent way is to move such camps to the hinterlands where the guys are much more hungrier, physically strong and can endure hardness; rather than the cities full of Dadabies because of protocols. Check the Osei Kofis, Baba Yalas Dogo Moros, Aggrey Fynns etc.
