Why must he resign, he is representing Asante Kotoko and Asanteman and not because of Black stars only. He is still in charge of Kotoko and will continue as executive member

He literally has no choice but to resign or the Sudan Football Federation have to fire him as manager because he essentially cannot do both things

Kwasi Appiah, The Ashtown bandit must resign! This is a conflict of interest - Sudan vs Ghana. Besides, he is compensated very well in Sudan, so why does he need the money from the Ghana FA Exec Council? - Nothing but GREED!
Very big greediness, oh why!!!! And he was not able to attend GFA executive meetings on top of that.
