Yet you prepare budget, go to government and collect monies for competition.
Recently what happened with the disabled athletes who vanished was it government or individuals. Government should take the running of sports again to bring in sanity. The infighting is too much.

Instead of relying solely on assistance from the government that is strapped for funds, the Ghana Olympics Committee should seek partnerships and sponsorship from private businesses, which will be proud to be,associated with olympic athletes. During years leading to the the Olympics, the US Olympic Committee often sends fund raising appeals. I have even contributed to funds to the olympic Committee. There's a saying that America doesn't send athletes to the Olympics, Americans do. Why can't the Ghana Olympic Committee solicit funds from the public? Rose Yeboah's coach could have paid his way to Paris without accreditation and coached her from the stands. Most athletes with private coaches receive instructions from their coaches who are often seated in the stands.
