Akwasi Appiah plays 442 and it works all the time. Our coaches are playing with view to hold teams rather than to play and beat teams. Inexperienced coaches sometimes think systems rather than winning games
I have seen a marked difference at least in terms of energy levels with the players. He may just need more time. I don't believe there is a quick fix to our problems. The team chemistry needs to develop.
