  Agreed! The current Hearts head coach is incompetent and must be replaced. Despite the massive infrastructural investment, Togbe's administration is becoming the worst ever. He needs to bring in fresh young management to take over from Odotei, Dr. Nyaho and Akambi. Togbe must lower his ego and call on all former Hearts gurus for ideas to help salvage Hearts.
