  frimpong manso gyimi gyimi cant you see that oto does not have the requisite skills, tools and experience to coach this team? cant you see? the guy has never coached a club in germany. he has never coached before. bstar have not won a trophy in over 40yrs. sex starved trophyless team. and you go hire a rookie coach. oto is not even a rookie coach he hasnt coached a team beforee ooo tom. you need a coach with trophy winning experience to coach bstars. someone who has been to the mountain top and claimed the trophy in aliou cisse. if after 40 yrs you ahvent had sex and you are relseased from nsawam. wont you go straight to circle to satisfy your sexual needs? will you go to church or mosque? whoever suggested and hired oto is a dam fool and must be tied and whipped by all 34mil Gh ppl for causing such financial harm and sadness to this country.

  Ghana Black Stars is the worse team in Africa right now. Blame the players NOT the coaches, they are not willing to play. Train and use the local players.

  The best advice to this coach is to select players from the local league to be training either once or twice in a week. Prepare them for the black stars, the more they train and work together, the team work will be built. When it’s time for call ups, invite the foreign based players and let them compete for their place in the team. There should be no favoritism in squad selection.
  The coach should not be influenced by any external forces.
