So what What Local Players are we talking about? So are you saying Immediately they are Signed by Foreign Clubs, we should ABANDON them and go back and Invite the Available Local Clubs again?
The problem is not about Foreign and Local. We must motivate all players to play for the National Team. Stop Insulting them and their Families etc. Keep our pitches in Top Shape. Stop Retiring and Appointin Captains by heart. Etc.

The gospel truth is that the players(not footballers) that we are having in our local teams/league are nothing but FOOTBALL KICKERS who have learnt or practiced HOW TO KICK, SHOOT, and CROSS the ball, get a so-called manager who will bribe the team owners and coaches to sign them.
There is a big difference between a FOOTBALL PLAYER and a FOOTBALL KICKER.

In the last one, they were not good and only got out of the group because Morocco did not show up. They lost to Madagascar and beat Sudan. In the knock out round they were dominated by Niger.
