  Thank you Benzema. Rodri is just an ordinary average player, he is nowhere near a Ballon d'Or player. Even if the likes of Vini were not around Rodri shouldn't win the Ballon d'Or. I think this Ballon d'Or format should be reinvented, in a way that if it turns out that there's no worthy player to win it, that year should be left vacant - like the Mo Ibrahim Prize in Africa for exceptional performance (by African leaders).
