Can someone please tell me what's so special about Black Stars captaincy? Usually the team captain is a person with leadership skills and not necessarily the best player on the team.

Let's admit that we did not employ a national coach, we appointed a league team coach to take advantage of his Ghanaian heritage. It's a typical spineless African thing to do and it isn't working well as usual.
