Get rid of the symbolic management committees. I would hire five salaried full time workers at the FA, whose job would be to facilitate the needs of all of our national teams. I would assign a competent team manager to each national team, and their role would be to liaison between the head coaches, the five members at the GFA, and the Chairman. The team managers are not there to select players for the coach, they're there to meet the requested needs of the head coaches.
